1998 Kawasaki EX250

1998 Kawasaki EX250

I bought this bike last summer and used it for a track bike. The only thing I changed from stock was changing to Pirelli MT75s.

This year I added rear sets, Woodcraft lowered risers, adjustable fittings to raise the rear suspension, a 2009 shock; adjustable for preload, 15 wt fork oil @ 115mm for the front forks, Kerker exhaust, K&N pod air filters, Factory Pro jet kit, and removed all the street equipment.

Even though it's only a stock 250cc engine the bike is a barrel of fun on the track. It's lightweight and handles well enough to keep up with larger bikes everywhere except longer straights.

So far I've only taken it to NHMS at Loudon, NH.

The Obel Tower is a small skyscraper in Belfast

The Obel Tower is a small skyscraper in Belfast.

Costing ?60 million and measuring 85 metres (265 ft) in height, the tower dominates the Belfast skyline. On completion it overtook the previous tallest skyscraper in Ireland, Windsor House (80 m), also in Belfast. Developed by the Karl Group, the Obel Tower is located on Donegall Quay on the River Lagan beside the Lagan Weir.

The tower contains 233 apartments. The first 182 apartments released in March 2005, priced from ?100,000 to ?475,000 were reserved off plan within 48 hours.

Construction work on phase one of the project, the foundations and 2 storey basement carpark, began in January 2006.[3] In mid-2007 construction work on the site ceased, all of the construction equipment was removed, construction then recommenced on 17 June 2008.

Planning permission was granted in January 2008 for an extra two floors to be added to the tower to cater for further demand in apartment space. The anticipated completion date was originally summer 2010, however due to the construction moratorium the building was not completed until spring 2011. These extra floors will bring the overall height up from 80.5 metres to 85 metres.

In April 2011 it was announced that London law firm Allen & Overy was to rent all of the available office space at the Obel

Norfleet and Elizabeth (Garrett) Perry

Norfleet Perry died intestate on July 27, 1833, at 40 years of age. He was survived by his wife Elizabeth Garrett Perry and seven children, all underage. The Sumner County Court appointed Jesse Garrett and John B. Walton as the administrators of Norfleet's estate. Timothy Garrett was named as their security.
Norfleet was the son of William and Sarah Hunter Perry, natives of Bertie County, NC, who moved to Sumner County about 1790. William's parents are not known for sure. Sarah's parents were Hardy and Rachel Hunter, who remained in Bertie County. Both have wills on record there. (Read Hardy Hunter's Will.) Norfleet had one documented brother, Roundtree, who owned land in Sumner County prior to moving to Williamson County, IL, about 1830.
Norfleet and Roundtree were heirs of Hardy Hunter, their grandfather, and Rachel Hunter, their grandmother, presumably because their mother died prior to Rachel Hunter's death in 1808 in Bertie County. (Read William Perry - Guardian for Roundtree & Norfleet Perry, 1808)
Elizabeth, Norfleet's wife, appears to be the daughter of Jesse and Bathsheba (Barshiba, Barshabe) Perry Garrett. Timothy Garrett was Jesse's brother. All were natives of Bertie County. These families moved to Sumner County between 1810-1820.
John B. Walton, one of the administrators of Norfleet's estate, was the son of Sumner citizens Isaac and Catherine (Christian) Perry Walton, who were also natives of Bertie County. Catherine was the sister of Bathsheba Perry Garrett. John B. Walton was married to Charity Perry in 1828. Thus, he likely had more than one family connection to Norfleet and Elizabeth.
Jesse Garrett and John Walton, as administrators, presented to the court a list of the household belongings and farm equipment and animals owned by Norfleet Perry. They also submitted a list of over 50 notes (loans due) belonging to the estate, 25 of which were marked "bad." Most of the remainder were long overdue. Among those to whom Norfleet had lent money were John B. Walton and Timothy Garrett. The total value of all the notes was listed as $1050. No slaves were listed by the administrators, but a subsequent document shows Norfleet owned fifteen slaves (including mothers and children). In May, 1837 (?), Jesse Garrett and John Walton responded to an order of the court to present a statement of the Norfleet Perry estate. This document lists amounts of cash paid to the estate by various persons, presumably on notes that had been issued by the administrators on behalf of the estate. Subtracting expenses, the administrators reported to the court that the balance for the estate was $1265.91. They listed bad notes totaling $219.50.
Elizabeth Perry petitioned the court for her dower share of the estate, and in April, 1834, she was awarded 181 acres, which included the dwelling. (Read Elizabeth Perry - Dower, 1834.) The total amount of land in the estate was calculated at 553 acres, all seemingly of a piece, in the Mansker's Creek area of Sumner County.
Elizabeth Garrett Perry became ill in 1839 and wrote her will, mentioning only her three daughters by name: Susan Jane, Mary Jenkins, and Sarah Frances. Elizabeth died on November 9, 1839. She was a few weeks shy of 40 years old. (Read Elizabeth Perry's Will.)
Norfleet and Elizabeth are buried in the Patton cemetery near Goodlettsville. Also buried there is a child named Barshby C. Perry (Jan 11, 1833-Sept 1, 1834), presumably their youngest child and possibly named for her grandmother, Bathsheba (Barshiba) Perry Garrett.
The next court reference to the Norfleet Perry estate came in 1844, when Hardy H. Perry and his five minor siblings, of whom he had become guardian, brought suit against Jesse Garrett, John B. Walton, Timothy

AGATA MOCARSKA MALGA KUBIAKs MUSE!
WHAT AM I SEARCHING for?
interview by Bolo Butler, corrections Anna Kowalska-Petrie, lay out Auto Matt, photos Game Girl, COK, & private

How can the actress work for so long with the director who doesn't pay?
A: Art is not only about money.

Whats the deal about Malga? What skills are required to get on her team?
A: She likes people I think. These kind of persona surround themselves by lots of people they find interesting in some ways. She gives space for people to be themselves.

How did u meet Malga Kubiak?
A: We met in a cult club in Warsaw Le Madame

How did u see her? What was your first impression?
A: The first time I saw her in that club on some party I thought ,what a bitch she must be, But that was before talking to her. After some conversation about the workshop I was surprised that she is very sweet person indeed.

How did it all begun?
A: Malga who just came from Sweden started organizing actor,s workshops in that club for a few of my friends. I talked to her and joined that program. It was fascinating and engaged a lot of emotions. At that time our friendship began.

What was your relation at the very start?
A:There was a lot talking about life and art, exchanging of ideas, opinions etc. Malga has very curious mind and I enjoyed spending time in her company. We used to walk in parks and discuss discuss.. She asked me sometimes to imagine some situation and act it in that public area. I liked her looks which was not typical for a Polish woman. Also I considered her a very gentle and sensitive person. I thought that she was an extraordinary person living an untypical kind of life, like someone you would meet in New York rather than Warsaw.

How come she asked u to join her team, her art work?
A:Probably she felt good about me.

What was your own situation at this point?
A:I was just doing my art, which was painting mostly at that time.

Did she train u?
A:Yes, this workshop was about that.

What was your actress experience?
A:I played in some short movies in my friends projects, mostly in Maksym Matuszewski,s ones.

What did u do on the workshop? And for how long?
A: We were practicing some behavior joining the team together, which looked like some witch rituals, some kind of putting together of energies. But mostly it was acting various emotional situations from our lives. Without Malga it was 3 of us, which made it quite an intimate story.

How come u traveled together in a very quick car trip to Paris and back?
A:Malga wanted to sing in clubs in Berlin, Amsterdam and Paris with DJ Martinez. Actually one more driver was necessary, as only one person had a driving license. But seriously I thing we just liked each other and enjoyed the company.

Did u ever hear about her before u met her?
A:No

How did u see her when u finally met?
A:Very interesting, unusual, witchy, arty..

What was this project game/girl movie about?
A:Maybe about mixing ,reality, and the imaginative world. About living fast in a community, about bands, romance, hitting the road. Like ,everything is possible,.

How was the Denmark excursion?
A:Oh it was great, summertime, an interesting project, a great group of people with a plan to spend creative time together. Malga payed our petrol bills and arranged a house on the seashore, where a lot of scenes were shot, as well as on the beach. The water was cold but pleasant, refreshing. We swam a lot in the waves, wandered at night in the forest.

Why did she ask just u?
A:I,m not sure what it means ,just you,. There were plenty of people engaged somehow in that project. There were about 11 actors, as everybody played, cameramen also and assistants. Some girl cooked us delicious dinners, and did make-up and blood effects too. It was like filming and living in a crazy community at the same time. A lot of people didn't know each other before, and then we spent over a week in the same house, acting, eating, partying, sleeping. There was some flirting actions, arguments and stuff. Which probably is unavoidable in a group of people intensively doing such a thing. There were moments of great laughter and fun and also days when some tension was hanging around.

Did u really shoot 58 scenes in 1 week?
A:Probably, I wasn't counting.

Who kept the tempo?
A:The director of course. I thought that she could be very disciplined if she wanted, which I think is very important in art work. Everywhere probably.

Why did u play 3

Real Life Catches Up. Time to Unplug.

I'll be unplugging myself for a while. My work has picked up and I'll be swamped until early December at least. I'll be around to post an occasional photo or comment, but it's not going to be as frequent as the past few weeks.

Ummm... so perhaps I should say "Happy Thanksgiving" to my friends in the USA, and "Happy Holidays" in case I disappear until January.... heck. Happy April Fools! while I'm at it. :)

The above is part of my work cubicle. It's normally clear, but today it has my laptop which I'm using for work.
